Position Overview
The Chief Marketing Officer will lead the company’s overall marketing strategy, with a strong focus on product marketing, growth, customer acquisition, and brand development. The role will work closely with the Executive, Product, Sales, and Technology teams to strengthen market positioning, accelerate revenue growth, and build a customer-centric marketing organization.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute the company’s marketing strategy in alignment with business objectives.
Define product positioning, value propositions, go-to-market plans, and product launch strategies.
Lead customer acquisition, conversion, retention, cross-selling, and lifecycle marketing initiatives.
Oversee brand strategy, corporate communications, digital marketing, content, CRM, and performance marketing.
Conduct market research and customer analysis to identify emerging needs, market trends, and growth opportunities.
Build and optimize the customer journey across digital and offline channels.
Establish marketing KPIs and use data, experimentation, and analytics to improve campaign effectiveness and return on investment.
Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources based on commercial priorities and expected impact.
Partner with Product, Sales, and Technology teams to ensure alignment between customer needs, product development, and revenue targets.
Build, lead, and develop a high-performing, multidisciplinary marketing team.
