What we need now: a CMO who unifies and elevates our marketing function to match our ambitions — and turns existing traction into a scalable growth machine.

That's the role we're creating. For you.

🎯 What you'll do

You join the Executive Committee, reporting directly to the CEO. You walk into a functioning marketing team and a product with real traction — your job is to set the direction, raise the ambition, and build the engine that scales it.

Product positioning & narrative - You define how the market perceives us. You will work closely with tech and product to translate complex technical capabilities into messages that resonate with B2B buyers. You align Product, Sales, and Comms around a single, differentiated story.

Digital marketing & acquisition - You own the full acquisition chain: GEO/SEO/SEM, paid media, content, email, social, web performance. You build a full-funnel engine focused on pipeline — with a sharp eye on the metrics that matter: CAC, conversion, attribution.

Operational marketing - Product launches, events, ABM, partner co-marketing: you plan it, you run it. You lead and elevate an existing team — Head of Growth, Content, Product Marketing — aligning everyone around a shared revenue agenda and raising the collective bar.

Direct revenue contribution - Marketing-sourced pipeline is yours to own. You measure it, defend it at board level, and are accountable for it.

👤  Your profile

  • 10+ years in B2B SaaS/tech marketing, including 2-3 years in a senior leadership role

  • You have done product marketing AND demand generation — not just managed teams who do

  • You have thrived in a scale-up or unicorn environment, ideally in AI & Data

  • Fully fluent in English (international environment across Europe & US)

  • You think revenue, not vanity metrics — you connect your actions to pipeline and bookings

  • You are comfortable with ambiguity

  • You know how to build from scratch and move fast thanks to AI

Founded in France in 2008, DQE Software (DQE) is the publisher of DQE One, a modular data quality management solution.  

Our solutions are specialized in B2C and B2B customer contact and identity data. DQE One controls the quality of data including last name, first name, e-mail address, telephone number, postal address, and legal data. DQE One includes two product lines: DataQ, a contact data quality solution, and Unify, a deduplication solution. 

Across all industries, DQE helps organizations ensure that their customer data is reliable, and accessible to everyone, at all times.
