Job Purpose


The Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) is responsible for
defining and executing QSSG’s marketing strategy, focusing on brand
positioning, lead generation, and customer engagement across diverse African
markets. The CMO will be instrumental in building brand equity, driving demand,
and creating a consistent and compelling brand presence that supports the
company’s expansion goals.

    objectives, ensuring brand relevance across various regions.

    Conduct ongoing analysis of market trends, competitor strategies, and
    customer insights to refine the marketing approach.

    Generation and Lead Acquisition

    • Lead
      Generation

      : Design
      and implement data-driven lead generation strategies to support customer
      acquisition and revenue growth goals.

      Marketing and Campaign Management

      : Oversee the execution of integrated marketing
      campaigns across digital channels, ensuring effectiveness and high ROI.

      Develop compelling messaging and content strategies that resonate with
      target audiences, driving engagement and conversion.

      multi-regional or high-growth markets.

      campaigns across multiple channels.
