Job Purpose
The Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) is responsible for
defining and executing QSSG’s marketing strategy, focusing on brand
positioning, lead generation, and customer engagement across diverse African
markets. The CMO will be instrumental in building brand equity, driving demand,
and creating a consistent and compelling brand presence that supports the
company’s expansion goals.

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications
Education

Master’s
degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience

10+ years
of senior marketing experience with a proven track record in brand
strategy, digital marketing, and demand generation, ideally in
multi-regional or high-growth markets.

in leading data-driven marketing strategies and managing large-scale
campaigns across multiple channels.
