We are now looking for a motivated and talented

CHIEF INSTRUCTOR

tojoin our professional Safety Training team. Crew Training organization is a part of Finnair Flight Operations.

Your primary task is to ensure high quality safety,CRMand first aid training. You will organize,coordinateand supervise Safety, DGR, CRM, Security and First Aid training of all crew members.Your role includesproducing training materials ondigital learning platformsYour role is focused, but not limited, onthe officework and office hours.

You will work in co-operation with the other membersinthe Crew Training organization and report to Nominated Person Crew Training,Jouni Laaksonen

Ourexpectations

  • You hold or haveheld cabin crew attestation.

  • Minimum3years of experience working as cabin crew member.

  • Experience as asafety andCRM instructor is considered an advantage.

  • Knowledge and understanding ofcrewtraining concept; and interest in the regulation and standards of crew training(EASA, IOSA,company requirements).

  • Understanding of the Crew Resource Management concept.

  • Strongskills in Office software (PowerPoint, Word, Excel,Sharepoint).

  • Knowledge ondigital learning environments, experience from Workday system is considered an advantage.

  • Experience inutilizingAI tools (e.g.for productivity, analysis, or automation) is considered an advantage.

  • Good presentation and communication skills.

  • Strong teamwork,leadershipand organizing skills.

  • Responsible,productiveand active way of working with good resilience to changes.
