Chief Growth & Marketing Officer for a Multi-State Post-Acute Healthcare Organization

Compensation: $325,000 - $400,000 Annual Salary plus performance bonus

We are looking for a CHIEF GROWTH & MARKETING OFFICER for our multi-state post-acute healthcare organization based in Toms River, NJ. You will provide executive leadership for a unified Growth Division, aligning business development and marketing under one strategy with shared priorities and common performance measures. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, you will lead a Senior Vice President of Business Development and a Vice President of Marketing, own the division's annual operating budget, and drive occupancy growth through referral development, hospital and physician relationships, brand leadership and digital strategy. The role requires regular presence at the corporate office and regular travel to facilities and regional offices.

Qualifications

• Master's preferred
• Minimum ten years of executive leadership experience
• Healthcare leadership experience strongly preferred, multi-site strongly preferred
• Demonstrated success leading integrated business development and marketing teams that produced measurable results
• Strong strategic planning, financial and change leadership skills

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the organization's business development and marketing strategy
• Oversee referral development, physician outreach, hospital relationships and strategic partnerships
• Oversee branding, public relations, digital strategy, website, social media and reputation management
• Own the Growth Division operating budget and the metrics behind occupancy growth and marketing ROI
• Build and develop leaders across the Growth Division
