Job Purpose
Dynamic Energy is seeking a qualified Chief Financial Officer to join its leadership team. The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is responsible for driving financial strategy, capital planning, and fiscal discipline to support profitable growth and project execution. The CFO plays a critical role in maximizing enterprise value through financial performance optimization, risk management, and investor readiness. This includes overseeing asset M&A, capital raises, and ensuring the company’s financial infrastructure supports scalability and strategic decision-making.

The expected starting base pay for this role is mid $200k USD. This is an estimate and base pay may be above or below the ranges based on several factors including but not limited to location, work experience, certifications, and education. In addition to base pay, Pattern’s compensation program includes a bonus structure for full-time employees of all levels.
