We are seeking talented individuals to join our Chief Financial Officer in Training program, where you will work directly with an assigned CFO as your mentor. Your primary training will take place at Cross Creek Hospital in Austin, TX. Conveniently located in northeast Austin near Walnut Creek, Cross Creek Hospital Together With Ascension Seton offers a compassionate and caring environment where highly trained and qualified mental health professionals are devoted to providing comprehensive treatment. Our brand new treatment center offers a peaceful and serene setting that affords patients the opportunity to enjoy several lovely courtyards, indoor and outdoor basketball courts, areas for gardening, and a cozy amphitheater where those who are engaged in our treatment services can enjoy entertainment or participate in workshops and social activities.
Throughout the program, you will be exposed to diverse financial management practices, strategic planning, and operational decision-making processes. The duration of this program is typically 6 to 18 months depending on the individual. Our goal is to equip you with the skills and expertise necessary to excel as a CFO within the behavioral healthcare industry. Upon successful completion of the training program, you will be assigned a leadership role within one of our facilities, where you will continue to make a meaningful impact on patient outcomes and organizational success.
