Work Setup: Full On-Site

Work Schedule: Monday to Thursday (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM) with a Compressed Schedule on Friday (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM)

Salary Range: ₱150,000 – ₱200,000 / month

Industry Focus: Real Estate, Construction, or Property Management

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a key financial adviser to executive leadership and the Board.
• Direct and optimize operations across Finance, Accounting, Treasury, Budgeting, Tax, and Financial Planning.
• Oversee project costing, cash-flow management, complex financing, and rigorous investment analysis.
• Maintain strong relationships and manage dealings with banks, external auditors, government agencies, and senior management.
• Ensure compliance with Philippine taxation, Philippine Financial Reporting Standards (PFRS), corporate finance regulations, and internal financial controls.
• Drive advanced financial modeling and strategic business planning.
• Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing finance and accounting teams.

Key Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy (Certified Public Accountant / CPA license preferred).
• 12 to 15+ years of progressive finance and accounting experience.
• At least 5 years serving in a senior finance leadership role.
• Background or strong exposure in real estate, property development, construction, or related industries.
• Extensive expertise in financial planning, budgeting, treasury, taxation, accounting, and financial reporting.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and executive-level stakeholder management skills.
