Job Description

TradingView is the world’s largest financial analysis platform with more than 100M users across 180+ countries.

We build tools that help traders and investors make informed decisions — from advanced charting and market data to collaboration and publishing features. Our products are used daily by millions of individuals and trusted by companies like Revolut, Binance, and CME Group.

We’re continuing to grow and scale our platform, and we’re looking for people who care about product quality, take ownership of their work, and want to build systems used by a global audience.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial strategy, long-range planning, annual budgeting, and rolling forecasts; translate business priorities into clear financial targets and guardrails.
• Own management reporting for leadership and (as applicable) the Board: P&L, cash flow, and performance analysis, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and actionable insights.
• Drive capital efficiency and liquidity: oversee cash planning, treasury operations, and spending discipline.
• Strengthen accounting and close processes: ensure timely and accurate month-end close, audit readiness, and robust internal controls.
• Build and evolve a scalable finance function: establish structured processes, improve operating rigor, and enhance overall efficiency.
• Lead the development of the finance tech stack: drive ERP (e.g., NetSuite) implementation and automation initiatives to modernize finance operations.
• Act as a strategic partner to the CEO and leadership team, while maintaining a strong understanding of underlying financial data and processes.

What makes you the perfect fit

• 10+ years in finance/accounting/FP&A, including senior leadership experience (Head/VP Finance or CFO) in a tech/product, growing environment.
• Strong command of business-model drivers and financial metrics; ability to translate data into insights and influence decisions beyond “the numbers.”
• Proven track record of building and scaling finance processes and systems in a developing environment.
• Experience partnering closely with executives and senior stakeholders; clear, concise, and pragmatic communicator.
• Solid knowledge of GAAP/IFRS principles and audit processes, with confidence navigating both high-level and detailed financial topics.

• Experience with ERP/accounting systems (e.g., NetSuite) and driving finance automation initiatives.
• Experience with subscription/usage-based revenue recognition; multi-entity or international operations.
• Strong understanding of accounting fundamentals, including revenue recognition and financial reporting.
• Professional certifications (CPA/ACCA/CFA) and/or equivalent experience.
