HIRING POSITION: Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

WORKING CONDITION: ON-SITE

LOCATION: BANGKOK, THAILAND (MRT ACCESSIBLE)

PAY RATE: THB 300000 TO THB 400000

Our client, a leading coffee brand in Thailand, is seeking a CFO to oversee the financial management and strategic planning of the company. The ideal candidate will have experience in preparing financial reports and budgets, managing financial risks, and leading financial analysis to drive business growth. In addition, the candidate MUST have a proven track record in successfully taking a company public



Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement financial strategies to achieve company goals and objectives
• Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis
• Manage financial risks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
• Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial reports and statements
• Develop and maintain relationships with investors, analysts, and other stakeholders
• Lead the preparation of financial information for potential investors and coordinate the IPO process
• Manage cash flow and capital expenditure budgets
• Ensure that financial systems and processes are effective, efficient, and compliant with internal policies and external regulations
• Work closely with other departments to support business operations and identify opportunities for growth

 Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in finance, accounting, or related field
• 10+ years of experience in finance, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret financial data
• Experience in managing financial risks and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
• Proven track record in successfully taking a company public
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders
• Strong leadership skills and ability to manage and motivate a team
• Experience in the food and beverage industry is a plus
• Fluency in Thai and English is required
