About the Role
As the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), you will be responsible for leading all financial operations and strategies for the company. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will be a key member of the leadership team, partnering closely with the executive group to drive the company's continued growth and success
Responsibilities
Oversee all financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and reporting for the organization
Manage the accounting team and ensure proper financial controls and compliance
Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities to inform business decisions
Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's short and long-term goals
Secure financing, negotiate contracts, and manage relationships with banks, investors, and other key stakeholders
Advise the CEO and board of directors on financial matters and provide strategic recommendations
Lead the company's capital allocation, investment, and M&A activities
Ensure the company maintains a strong financial position and liquidity
Oversee tax planning and risk management for the organization
Qualifications
10+ years of progressive finance leadership experience, preferably in the food/beverage industry
CPA or MBA degree strongly preferred
Demonstrated track record of driving financial strategy and operational excellence in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Expertise in financial modeling, data analysis, and forecasting
Strong business acumen and ability to translate financial information into actionable insights
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively partner with cross-functional teams
Familiarity with fundraising, M&A, and other financial transactions
Ability to thrive in a dynamic, entrepreneurial work environment
