We are on an exciting growth and transformation journey – now looking for an exceptional Chief Financial Officer to join our Executive Management Team and help shape the future of Dometic.

This is a unique opportunity for an experienced finance leader to play a pivotal role in shaping Dometic's future. As a key strategic partner to the CEO and Board of Directors, you will drive the continued transformation of our global business, strengthen financial performance, and lead the evolution of our finance organization in a dynamic and complex international environment.

About the position

As CFO of Dometic, you will be responsible for leading the company's global finance organization and driving the financial strategy across the Group. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will oversee Group Business Controlling, Treasury, Tax, Accounting, Internal Audit, Investor Relations, and IT, while working closely with segment leadership teams around the world.

The role combines strategic leadership with operational excellence and requires a strong business mindset, outstanding leadership capability, and the ability to drive transformation across a global organization.

Your main responsibilities

  • Act as a strategic partner to the CEO, Executive Management Team, Board of Directors, and investors.
  • Lead the continued transformation of Dometic's finance organization, strengthening internal controls, processes, and financial governance.
  • Develop and execute the Group's financial strategy, ensuring alignment with long-term business objectives and profitable growth.
  • Drive financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and performance management across the organization.
  • Lead mergers and acquisitions activities, including target assessment, due diligence, transaction execution, and integration.
  • Oversee Investor Relations and strengthen Dometic's positioning within the investment community.
  • Provide leadership and direction for Treasury, Tax, Accounting, Internal Audit, and IT functions.
  • Drive balance sheet optimization, capital allocation, financing strategy, and capital market engagement.
  • Build, develop, and inspire a high-performing global finance organization.
  • Support and accelerate the company's digital transformation agenda and modernization of financial infrastructure.

A suitable background would be a solid experience within finance leadership and business transformation as well as the following qualifications and experiences:

  • Extensive CFO experience within a publicly listed company.
  • Proven leadership experience from complex, international organizations, preferably within manufacturing, industrial, or consumer products businesses.
  • Strong background in financial controlling, performance management, and financial transformation.
  • Experience driving organizational change and restructuring initiatives in global environments.
  • Demonstrated track record in M&A transactions, integrations, and portfolio management.
  • Strong understanding of capital markets, investor relations, treasury, and corporate finance.
  • Experience leading large, geographically dispersed teams and organizations.
  • International experience, preferably with significant exposure to the North American market.
