The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) serves as a strategic member of the executive leadership team and is responsible for the overall financial management, planning, and fiscal health of Adapt for Life (AFL). The CFO provides financial leadership that supports the organization's mission of delivering high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services while ensuring long-term financial sustainability and growth.
The CFO oversees all accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, treasury management, revenue cycle optimization, financial compliance, and business analytics. This role partners closely with clinical and operational leadership to maximize financial performance while maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations and payer requirements.
Qualifications/Educational Requirements:
Required:
- 10+ years of progressive financial leadership
- Minimum 5 years in senior finance management
- Healthcare finance experience
- Multi-location organization experience
- Budget management exceeding $20 million
Preferred:
- ABA therapy experience
- Medicaid reimbursement knowledge
- Multi-state healthcare organization
- Private equity or high-growth healthcare experience
