· 5-10 years relevant experience in senior leadership roles
· Bachelors degree or higher education in finance, accounting or economic principles
· Extensive knowledge of financial concepts including profit & loss management, revenue cycle management, and cost control.
· Proven expertise in strategic planning, business development, and corporate finance operations.
· Strong leadership skills with experience supervising diverse teams within senior leadership roles.
· Proficiency in financial software systems used for modeling, reporting, and analysis.
· Deep understanding of regulatory frameworks such as IAS/IFRS/GAAP/ASC 606/ COSO standards.
· Excellent negotiation skills coupled with a proactive approach to risk management.
· Ability to interpret complex financial data into actionable insights for stakeholders.
· Skilled in market analysis to inform strategic decisions related to fiscal growth opportunities.
· Competence in managing governmental accounting requirements when applicable.
· Strong analytical skills with a focus on technical accounting issues like tax accounting and financial modeling.
