As our CFO/Controller, you will be the financial strategist at the helm of our dynamic real estate development enterprise. Wearing multiple hats, you will oversee all facets of finance, from strategic planning and capital raising to treasury management and financial reporting. Your role is pivotal, providing insightful financial guidance to the leadership team and influencing strategic decisions that drive our ambitious growth plans.

Responsibilities:

• Securing Funding: Spearhead investor relations and capital formation initiatives.

• Financial Strategy & Execution: Craft and execute comprehensive financial plans, budgets, and forecasts.

• Optimize capital allocation and manage financial risk effectively.

• Financial Oversight & Reporting: Lead the accounting team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.

• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and GAAP standards.

• Internal Controls & Systems: Foster a culture of strong internal controls.

• Optimize financial processes and leverage technology for operational efficiency.

• Analysis & Insights: Provide insightful financial analysis, data-driven recommendations, and strategic guidance.

• Raise equity and debt for new projects and development strategies.

• Partnership & Collaboration: Build strong relationships with stakeholders, including investors, lenders, and joint venture partners.

Required Qualifications:

• 10+ years in real estate finance or related fields, preferably within private equity real estate.

• Proven success in raising equity and debt capital for real estate projects.

• Strong financial modeling, valuation, and investment analysis skills.

• Proficient in accounting and financial reporting, with knowledge of GAAP standards.

• Demonstrated leadership experience in managing and motivating teams.
