Key Responsibilities

Financial Leadership & Strategy

• Serve as a key member of the executive team, shaping the company's financial direction and long-term strategy
• Partner with senior leadership to drive growth initiatives and business decisions from a financial lens
• Own financial reporting and ensure the integrity of all financial statements

Treasury & Operations

• Lead cash management, FP&A, and internal controls across the business
• Oversee all AP, AR, and payroll functions
• Manage banking relationships and capital structure

Stakeholder & Investor Relations

• Interface with banks, high-net-worth individuals, investors, and other key stakeholders
• Represent the company's financial story with professionalism and clarity
• Support fundraising, deal-making, and growth financing as needed

Qualifications

• Degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
• Strong command of financial statements and reporting
• Experience in a high-growth or multi-unit business environment preferred — but exceptional talent will be considered
• Strategic thinker with the creativity to solve complex financial problems
• Polished communicator comfortable operating at the executive level
• Driven, ownership-oriented, and ready to go beyond a 9-to-5 mentality
