Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
Crossing Rivers Health is seeking a Chief Financial Officer to join our extraordinary team!The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) serves as a key member of the executive leadership team and a strategic partner to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Board of Directors. This role is responsible for the overall financial integrity, operational performance, and long-term sustainability of Crossing Rivers Health.
The CFO will lead all financial functions of the organization while ensuring strong internal controls, audit readiness, and transparent, accurate financial reporting. This position plays a critical role in navigating the complexities of rural healthcare reimbursement and supporting continued growth, stability, and community impact.
In addition, the CFO provides leadership and oversight for assigned operational departments, ensuring alignment between financial performance, operational efficiency, and organizational strategy.
The ideal candidate will bring a hands-on leadership style, strong financial discipline, and a demonstrated ability to strengthen processes, controls, and organizational trust.
Crossing Rivers Health is a comprehensive community health center that provides more than 100 services to the people who live throughout Southwest Wisconsin and Northeast Iowa.
