Position: Chief Finance Officer (CFO)

Our client is looking for an experienced and thorough Chief Financial Officer (CFO) position responsible for the leadership and management of Finance and Accounting.

The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) supports the smooth functioning of the company by establishing and overseeing systems, helping maintain an ethical and inclusive work environment, ensuring the financial and administrative good standing of the company.

The CFO negotiates contracts and agreements with clients and vendors and reports directly to the Managing Director to advises on Financial, Administrative and other related matters.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• To manage the companys finances activities, supervise and lead the accounting finance team, providing the executive leadership and proposing new financial strategies.
• To ensure the companys financial reports including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, financial forecasting, allocating budgets and cash flow are accurate and completed in a timely manner.
• To manage the financial activities of a company adhering to generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) and other accounting regulatory entities.
• Performing any other works which may be assigned from time to time.

JOB & SKILLS REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Accounting or Finance management related
• Minimum of 10 to 15 years experiences in accounting field
• Good knowledge of Thai company rules and regulations
• Good understanding of IFRS and GAAP and BOI regulation. SET is a plus
• Proficiency in both Thai & English (reading, writing and speaking) and Microsoft Office (MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel)
• Highly collaborative across functions, excellent leadership and management skills, and a high level of integrity and excellent problem - solving skills
