About the Company

A growing premium food and beverage company focused on building and scaling high-quality food brands. The company operates in a fast-paced, consumer-driven environment and requires strong financial leadership to support sustainable growth.

We are seeking a highly experienced Finance Director / Head of Finance to lead the finance function and serve as a strategic business partner to senior leadership. This role is CFO-track and will play a critical role in shaping the company’s financial strategy, strengthening financial controls, and supporting business expansion.

The ideal candidate brings a strong background in FP&A, corporate planning, commercial finance, and business partnering, with experience in F&B, retail, FMCG, or consumer-driven businesses.

Key Responsibilities

•⁠ ⁠Lead overall financial strategy, planning, and performance management of the company.

•⁠ ⁠Partner closely with the CEO and leadership team on strategic, operational, and commercial decisions.

•⁠ ⁠Oversee budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial modeling.

•⁠ ⁠Drive profitability through pricing, costing, margin analysis, and cost control initiatives.

•⁠ ⁠Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, strong internal controls, and regulatory compliance.

•⁠ ⁠Support business expansion initiatives including new concepts, stores, and growth investments.

•⁠ ⁠Build, lead, and develop a high-performing finance team.

Qualifications & Experience

•⁠ ⁠Certified Public Accountant (CPA) – required.

•⁠ ⁠⁠At least 7–10 years of progressive finance experience, with exposure to FP&A, corporate planning, and financial reporting.

•⁠ ⁠⁠Experience in F&B, retail, FMCG, or consumer-focused businesses is highly preferred.

•⁠ ⁠Proven experience in a leadership or business partnering role, working closely with senior management.

•⁠ ⁠Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, costing, pricing, and profitability analysis.

•⁠ ⁠Experience with ERP systems and financial reporting tools; exposure to dashboards and analytics is a plus.
