Position: Chief Finance Officer (CFO)

Our client is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join the dynamic team. The CFO will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and oversight of the Finance and Accounting functions, ensuring the financial well-being and integrity of the company.

This role involves collaborating with various departments to drive financial efficiency, maintaining ethical standards, and contributing to an inclusive work environment.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage company finances, lead the accounting finance team, and propose innovative financial strategies.

• Ensure accurate and timely completion of financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, financial forecasting, budget allocation, and cash flow.

• Oversee financial activities in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) and other regulatory entities.

• Provide strategic financial advice to the Managing Director.

• Build and lead an efficient Finance team, fostering an inclusive work environment.

• Identify and mitigate financial risks, ensuring compliance with regulations.

• Perform additional assigned tasks as needed.

JOB & SKILLS REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.

• Proven track record working with public listed companies

• Proven CFO or senior financial leadership experience.

• Strong financial management, analytical, and strategic skills.

• Excellent communication and leadership abilities. Good understanding of IFRS and GAAP and BOI regulation. SET is a plus

• Proficiency in both Thai & English (reading, writing and speaking) and Microsoft Office (MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel)
