Holt International is seeking a visionary and transformational Chief Executive Officer to lead the organization through an important period of strategic evolution. Reporting to the Board of Directors, the CEO will provide strategic leadership as Holt deepens its global impact, strengthens its commitment to in-country family preservation and child-centered care, diversifies and grows revenue, and elevates its influence as a leading voice in international child welfare and ethical adoption.
This is an exceptional opportunity for a mission-driven executive who can unite stakeholders around a compelling vision, lead organizational transformation, strengthen financial sustainability, and inspire donors, staff, partners, adoptees, and families worldwide. The successful candidate will bring significant senior leadership experience, a demonstrated record of leading complex organizations through change, success in fundraising and revenue development, strong business acumen, and a deep commitment to serving vulnerable children and families. Holt seeks a leader whose Christian faith informs a life of service, stewardship, compassion, and integrity.
The anticipated salary range is $250,000-$300,000 plus a comprehensive benefits package. The Chief Executive Officer will be based in Eugene, Oregon, with domestic and international travel required.
