Position: Chief executive officer (CEO)

Responsibilities:

• Develop long-term strategies, business plans, and objectives for growth and profitability
• Provide leadership to senior management, guiding strategy execution and target achievement
• Oversee financial performance, set goals, and monitor budgeting and reporting

• Represent the company in industry forums, enhancing brand visibility

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Proven leadership experience, ideally as a CEO or in senior executive roles in FMCG or related industry
• Strong strategic thinking and business acumen
• Exceptional leadership inspiring teams to achieve goals
• Track record of driving financial performance in competitive environments
• Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision-making
• Excellent negotiation, relationship-building, and stakeholder management abilities
• Knowledge of global market trends, consumer behavior, and FMCG regulations
• Familiarity with digital transformation and e-commerce in FMCG
