We are seeking an experienced and driven CEO to lead a new real estate development company specializing in warehouse facilities. The company operates as part of a holding structure headquartered in the UAE, offering robust financial backing and strategic support. Based in Tbilisi, Georgia, the CEO will be responsible for spearheading local operations, managing development projects, securing financing, and building the company into a market leader. Fluency in Georgian, Russian, and English is essential.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the companys strategic vision and growth plan.
• Oversee all aspects of project development, including permits, planning, and construction.
• Manage relationships with banks and secure financing to support development projects.
• Collaborate with contractors, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure project success.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and manage the permitting process.
• Lead business development efforts to identify new opportunities and partnerships.
• Align local operations with the strategic goals of the UAE-based holding group.
• Monitor budgets, timelines, and project quality to deliver outstanding results.
• Represent the company in negotiations and build strong stakeholder relationships.
• Take a hands-on approach to solving challenges and driving operational efficiency.

• Proven experience in real estate development, particularly in managing large-scale projects.
• Strong financial expertise, including loan negotiations and funding strategies.

• Fluency in Georgian, Russian, and English is mandatory.
