HIRING POSITION CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER (CEO)

The CEO will play a pivotal role in shaping the future, This executive leadership position will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the business, with a strong focus on business development, sales, marketing, production, brand awareness, and overall operational excellence. The CEO will work closely with the executive team to drive growth, profitability, and market leadership.

Responsibilities :

Business Development:

• Identify and pursue strategic growth opportunities, including mergers, acquisitions, and partnerships.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to expand market presence and drive revenue growth.
• Foster relationships with key industry players and stakeholders.

Sales and Marketing:

• Lead the sales and marketing teams to achieve revenue targets and market share growth.
• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies that effectively promote our products and enhance brand visibility.
• Monitor market trends and competition to adjust strategies accordingly.

Production and Operations:

• Oversee production processes to ensure efficiency, quality, and adherence to industry standards.
• Implement best practices for cost control, supply chain management, and operational excellence.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize production processes.

Brand Awareness:

• Develop and execute brand-building initiatives to enhance our market presence and brand reputation.
• Create and maintain a strong corporate identity that aligns with our values and mission.
• Implement marketing campaigns and PR strategies to enhance brand recognition.

Overall Strategy and Leadership:

• Collaborate with the executive team to set the company's strategic direction and goals.
• Lead and inspire a high-performance executive leadership team and employees.
• Ensure effective corporate governance and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a CEO or in a similar executive leadership role within the edible oil and biodiesel industry.
• Strong understanding of the edible oil and biodiesel market, including production processes and industry trends.
• Demonstrated success in business development, sales, marketing, and brand management.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills.
• Track record of driving growth and profitability in a complex business environment.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (MBA or advanced degree preferred).
