Requirements
15+ years of senior leadership experience in latex, gloves, rubber, healthcare consumables, medical products, or related industries.
Strong exposure to manufacturing operations, P&L management, commercial strategy, and business development.
Proven track record in scaling businesses, leading large operations, driving profitability, and building high-performing teams.
