A CEO is responsibility for oversee the strategic direction of the Clinic, synthesizes operating results and decides on the long-term plans of the Clinic. Implement changes and proposed plans. After crafting the long-term vision, looks to themselves, with Vice-CEO and the Manager to begin implementing those plans to ensure the long-term plans are being followed through.
CEO is an active decision-maker on business strategy and other key policy issues, manager and executor.
CEO is tasked with implementing the goals, targets and strategic objectives as determined by the BODs.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Experience over 5 year with clinic, hospital or relevant.
Responsible for devising new strategic plans and policies to bring Clinic visions to reality.
Synthesizes operating results and decides on the long-term plans of the Clinic.
Implement changes and proposed plans. After crafting the long-term vision, looks to themselves, with Vice-CEO and the Manager to begin implementing those plans.
Overseeing Budgeting and forecasting, communicating with the board of directors
Public relations: As the Company representative, together with Vice CEO to exemplify model behavior,with the public values and actions, both good and bad, having a great impact on the reputation of the Clinic/company.
Communicate with Local & international Agencies-Hospital-Clinics to reach and widen the business relationship.
Monitoring, hiring and training effort to ensure staff member have necessary education, certification,training and experience.
Managing the IVF & Maternity protocol of the Clinic, tracking company performance and establish work culture
Providing leadership, direction and management of all department in the company which also involves with producing marketing strategies to tailor the target customer,
Recruit doctors, embryologists, and other qualified staff
Develop a relationship with outside organization, including the medical community, referring physicians, and the media
Providing leadership to clinical manager, director and officers that will enroll support, create owner ship goals, and encourage active participate in decision that impact the hospital
Consistently planning new and more services to generate more income for the company.
Checking the daily clinic activities with all the staffs, dealing with any sudden/urgent cases.
