Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

• Set the overall vision, direction, and long-term strategy for the organization
• Identify and pursue new business development opportunities to drive growth and expand market presence
• Build and maintain key relationships with board members, investors, partners, and stakeholders

Operations & Execution

• Oversee day-to-day operations across all departments, ensuring efficiency and accountability
• Lead, mentor, and develop the senior leadership team to consistently deliver results
• Monitor organizational performance against goals and implement corrective action where needed

Financial Oversight

• Partner with the CFO to manage budgets, financial planning, and resource allocation
• Drive profitability while maintaining the highest standards of patient care and regulatory compliance
• Report financial performance and strategic progress to the board of directors

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a CEO, President, or senior executive in a healthcare or related environment
• Strong track record in business development, strategic planning, and organizational leadership
