Chief Executive officer ( 200K++)

 Aircraft maintenance, repair, and overhaul operations.

Strategic Leadership Develop and implement the company's overall strategy, ensuring alignment with the organization's mission and goals.

Financial Management Oversee financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and ensuring profitability.

Operational Oversight Direct and oversee all operational activities, including aircraft maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) processes.

Regulatory Compliance Ensure compliance with all aviation regulations, safety standards, and industry best practices.

Business Development Identify growth opportunities and establish partnerships with airlines, aircraft manufacturers, and other key stakeholders.

Team Management Provide leadership and guidance to senior management and department heads, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work culture.

Stakeholder Relations Build and maintain relationships with customers, suppliers, investors, and regulatory authorities.

Risk Management Assess and mitigate risks to the business, including operational, financial, and reputational risks.

Innovation and Technology Stay abreast of technological advancements in aircraft maintenance and incorporate innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Communication Serve as the primary spokesperson for the company, communicating its vision, strategy, and performance to internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements and skills:

Industry Experience Extensive experience (typically 10+ years) in the aerospace industry, with a strong understanding of aircraft maintenance, repair, and overhaul operations.

Leadership Skills: Proven track record of effective leadership, with experience in leading teams and driving organizational change.

Business Acumen Solid understanding of business principles, including finance, operations, marketing, and strategy.
