Job Description

Responsibility :

  • Provide strategic oversight and direction to ensure that the company's operations are conducted in alignment with its established policies, strategies, and business plans.
  • Formulate the companys vision, strategic objectives, corporate policies, and operational plans to drive sustainable growth and long-term success.
  • Design and continuously refine the organizational and managerial structure to ensure alignment with corporate strategies and adaptability to the industrys competitive landscape.
  • Establish future investment directions in accordance with the company's strategic goals, ensuring alignment with projected returns and value creation.
  • Demonstrate exemplary leadership and uphold the highest standards of ethical conduct and professional integrity, in accordance with the companys code of business ethics.

Qualification:

  • Age preferably 40-50 years
  • Bachelors degree or higher in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Political Science, Medicine, or other related fields
  • At least 10 years experience in senior management roles (experience in healthcare or medical business is an advantage)
  • High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and initiative
  • Strong financial acumen with a track record of driving profitability and growth.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to innovate and adapt to market changes.
  • Committed to corporate governance and business ethic
  • English communication is a must
