We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and professional Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative and operational support to Chief Officers and Executives.

The successful candidate will act as a trusted partner, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and enabling leadership to focus on strategic priorities.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior executives, including complex calendar management, travel arrangements, and expense reporting
• Act as a key point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication at all levels
• Prepare and edit presentations, reports, correspondence, and meeting materials with a high level of accuracy and confidentiality
• Coordinate and manage meetings, including agendas, minutes, and follow-ups
• Support the organization of international travel, events, and leadership meetings
• Monitor priorities, anticipate needs, and proactively resolve issues
• Collaborate with other Executive Assistants and cross-functional teams globally
• Support ad hoc projects and initiatives as required.

Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience preferred.
• Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a senior administrative role, ideally within a multinational or complex organizational setting.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel); experience with digital collaboration tools is a plus.
• Fluency in English is required; additional languages are considered an asset.
• Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to adapt style to different audiences
• High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced environment
