Do you want to help us build the DNA of tech.? Vishay Tianjin is currently seeking applicants for a process engineer to join our growing Vishay General Semiconductor (China). Responsible for Tianjin back-end process sustaining and improvement, and work for Tianjin manufacturing process system and technical maintain for improvement.

Job Location:

Vishay General Semiconductor (China) Co., Ltd. is one of the TOP 100 enterprises in Tianjin Economic-Technological Development Area, Tianjin, PRC. There are around 1900 employees currently work here.

What you will be doing:

• Set up and maintain manufacturing process documents
• Sustain manufacturing process ,trouble shotting and problem solving in production lines.
• Involve and coordinate the engineering projects for process continue improvement, as well as cost reduction
• Work for yield & quality improvement
• Cross work with Front-end and other functions for business development
• Conduct operators training and certification

What you will bring along:

• Academic/Professional Education Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Semiconductor physics , electronic field with relevant certifications are preferred.
• 5 years above of working experience in relevant Experience 5+ years’ experience Electronic/semiconductor manufacturing experience
• Good technical troubleshooting skills and problem-solving abilities for manufacturing process .
• Good quality system and tools application (e., g DOE, SPC, FMEA,etc)
• Speak, Read & Write fluent English & Mandarin.
• Good team work competency and project coordination/handling experience .
