As the Chief Engineer Senior Manager, you will lead cross-functional engineering teams to deliver high-performance radar solutions, ensuring technical excellence and affordability for our customers. Your strategic oversight of engineering activities within the MMAD radar sub-market will be pivotal to achieving our long-range business goals and maintaining a competitive technical edge.
Responsibilities include:
You are a strategic technical leader with deep expertise in radar system design and a proven track record of managing complex, cross-disciplinary engineering projects. You possess the communication skills and interpersonal tact necessary to interface effectively with executive leadership and government partners.
In this role you will have the opportunity to lead the technical vision for the MMAD radar sub-market, mentoring the next generation of engineers while delivering critical capabilities to our national security partners.
Full-Time Salary Range: $205300.00 - $381300.00
