DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: 1、Team & Project Management 团队与项目管理 (1) Lead, manage, coach and develop a team of automation engineers; set performance goals and conduct regular reviews. 领导、管理、辅导并发展自动化工程师团队；制定绩效目标并进行定期绩效评估。 (2) Plan overall automation roadmap and project portfolio; prioritize projects based on production and business needs. 规划整体自动化发展路线图及项目组合；根据生产和业务需求对项目进行优先级排序。 (3) Manage full lifecycle of automation projects: feasibility study, proposal, design, procurement, assembly, debug, validation and handover. 管理自动化项目全生命周期：可行性研究、方案制定、设计、采购、装配、调试、验证及交付。 (4) Control project budget, timeline, quality and risk; ensure on-time & on-target delivery. 管控项目预算、进度、质量及风险，确保项目按时、按目标交付。 (5) Review and approve key mechanical design proposal, equipment modification and tooling design. 评审并批准关键机械设计方案、设备改造方案及工装夹具设计。 (6) Lead complex technical problem-solving for equipment and production lines. 牵头解决设备及生产线中的复杂技术问题。 2、Technical Leadership & Improvement 技术领导与持续改进 (1) Provide high-level technical guidance for non-standard automation equipment and line design. 为非标自动化设备及产线设计提供高层次技术指导。 (2) Drive continuous improvement of automation equipment, process and manufacturing efficiency. 推动自动化设备、工艺及制造效率的持续改进。 (3) Evaluate new automation technologies and propose advanced solutions. 评估新型自动化技术并提出先进解决方案。 (4) Establish and optimize design standards, process specifications and documentation system. 建立并持续优化设计标准、工艺规范及技术文档体系。 (5) Support NPI (New Product Introduction) with automated line planning and implementation. 支持新产品导入（NPI），进行自动化产线规划与实施。 (6) Identify automation improvement opportunities and build business cases. 挖掘自动化改进机会，并建立相应的商业论证。 3、Cross-functional & External Coordination 跨部门及外部协作 (1) Collaborate with production, quality, process and maintenance teams to ensure stable operation. 与生产、质量、工艺及设备维护团队紧密合作，确保设备和产线稳定运行。 (2) Manage vendor qualification, technical communication, progress follow-up and performance evaluation. 管理供应商资质评估、技术沟通、项目进度跟进及绩效评估。 (3) Support global projects; travel to Molex sites including Singapore, Mexico, US, etc. as needed. 支持全球项目，根据需要前往 Molex 各地工厂（如新加坡、墨西哥、美国等）出差。 4、Compliance & Safety 合规与安全 (1) Ensure team strictly comply with EHS policies and company regulations. 确保团队严格遵守 EHS 政策及公司各项规章制度。 (2) Promote safe design and safe operation standards for automation equipment. 推动自动化设备的安全设计及安全操作标准。 REQUIREMENTS: 1、Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering , Automation or related major. 机械工程、自动化或相关专业本科及以上学历。 2、10+ years of working experience in automation mechanical design in large manufacturing or professional equipment company. 10年以上大型制造型企业或专业设备公司自动化机械设计相关工作经验。 3、3+ years of team management or project leadership experience in automation engineering. 3年以上自动化工程团队管理或项目负责人经验。 4、Profound experience in non-standard automation equipment design and implementation. 具备丰富的非标自动化设备设计与实施经验。 5、Track record of leading automation projects from concept to mass production. 有从概念设计到量产阶段主导自动化项目的成功经验。 6、Proficient in 3D design software: UG or SolidWorks. 熟练使用三维设计软件：UG 或 SolidWorks。 7、Strong project management, team leadership and problem-solving skills. 具备较强的项目管理能力、团队领导力及问题解决能力。 8、Excellent cross-departmental communication, coordination and decision-making ability. 出色的跨部门沟通、协调及决策能力。 9、Proactive, result-oriented, strong sense of responsibility. 工作积极主动、以结果为导向，责任心强。 10、CET-4 or above; fluent English reading and writing; spoken English is preferred. 大学英语四级（CET-4）及以上，具备良好的英文读写能力；能进行英语口语交流者优先。
