The HR Technology domain spans enterprise platforms, data, and engineering capabilities that underpin every stage of the employee lifecycle. You’re Impact

You will define and evolve HR Technology strategy, strengthening engineering capability and modernising platforms to improve reliability, scalability, and delivery effectiveness.
You will shape data and AI foundations, enabling governed, enterprise-aligned innovation across HR platforms, services, and workflows while aligning HR Technology with enterprise engineering direction.

What you’ll be doing

  • Partner with HR, People Intelligence, and enterprise technology teams to identify and enable strategic technology opportunities across the employee lifecycle

  • Define and drive the long-term HR technology strategy, ensuring platforms, architecture, and engineering capabilities are scalable, resilient, modular, and future-ready

  • Establish and apply enterprise engineering standards, architectural guardrails, security practices, and technology governance across the HR domain

  • Lead HR platform modernization, integration strategy, environment management, and technical health to improve reliability, interoperability, and delivery effectiveness

  • Shape the evolution of HR data and intelligence capabilities, with strong focus on quality, governance, reuse, interoperability, and AI readiness

  • Design and enable AI-powered capabilities embedded within HR platforms, services, and workflows aligned to enterprise AI strategy and standards

  • Establish reusable engineering patterns, frameworks, and practices for AI delivery, automation, and intelligent workforce experiences within HR Technology

  • Build and uplift engineering capability, modern engineering practices, and operational excellence across the HR Technology domain

  • Ensure alignment between HR Technology strategy, enterprise architecture, Group Engineering standards, and broader technology direction

We’re interested in hearing from people who

  • Bring deep experience defining and executing enterprise technology strategy across complex, large-scale environments

  • Demonstrate strong engineering leadership across platform modernisation, integration, and architecture

  • Have experience embedding governance, standards, and secure engineering practices at enterprise level

  • Understand data platforms, data governance, and enabling AI-ready foundations within enterprise ecosystems

  • Deliver AI-enabled solutions within governed frameworks aligned to enterprise standards

  • Partner effectively across business, HR, and technology stakeholders to drive strategic outcomes
