Job Description

RESPONSIBILITY职责：
1. 负责门窗新产品设计把关及产品认证工作。
2. 负责非æ ‡é—¨/防火门/防盗门/特异性门等定制产品开发设计、工艺设备优化改进工作；
3. 负责系统门窗、智能门窗、特种门窗技术支持及相关认证工作。
4. 主导完成重大工艺技术改进，包括但不限与产品结构改进，设备技改、自动化改进以及产线布局改善。
5. 主持公司技术资质申报及管理工作
6. 推动专利申请、技术成果转化与知识产权布局。
7. 处理生产异常，提供技术支持和解决方案

9. 遵守PPCD的EHS（环境、健康和安全）规定。

REQUIREMENTS要求：
1. 机械设计相关专业本科以上学历，10年以上门、窗、锁结构设计经验
2. 精通Solidworks/Creo/AutoCADç­‰è®¾è®¡å·¥å…·ï¼Œç†Ÿæ‚‰å†²åŽ‹ã€æ³¨å¡‘ã€åŽ‹é“¸ç­‰å·¥è‰ºåŠè¡Œä¸šæ ‡å‡†
3. 具备强烈的项目管理意识，熟练掌握常用项目管理工具（如MS Project, Jira, PDM/PLM系统），能有效规划任务、管理进度和控制风险.
4. 出色的跨部门沟通和协调能力，能够清晰地进行技术阐述和辩论，具备以数据驱动决策的能力
5. 具备解决复杂技术问题的结构化思维和推动力，能领导团队攻克技术难关
6. 熟悉行业主流技术和结构设计方式，有大型门企技术负责人经历者优先。
7. 熟悉 GA、GB/T、GB、UL、EN ç­‰å›½å†…å¤–æ ‡å‡†ä½“ç³»
