About the Role
Guiding visitors and accompanying them inside the museum, providing all necessary information with high quality and efficiency and ensuring the best services are provided to the museum visitors.
Position Details
Location: Dubai, UAE
Contract Type: Full-Time (24-Month Fixed-Term Contract)
Contract Duration: 24 Months (August 2026 – July 2028)
Key Responsibilities
Ensure that the fee data is matched with the actual amounts received and the delivery of
the daily revenue and the financial report to those involved.
Follow-up and coordinate with schools and universities to prepare and organize educational programs and trips to the museum.
Conducting field visits to schools to promote the collections, activities and introduce the museum content in line with the school syllabus.
To coordinate and follow up regarding reservations for school and tourist groups, in line
with the schedule of events and museum visits.
Coordination with the Events Department to organize guided tours for the events held in the museum.
Managing the distribution and maintenance of the speaking guide devices and following
up on the need for maintenance if necessary.
Providing innovative and developing suggestions and ideas to attract the largest number of visitors to the museum.
Coordination and follow-up to implement the schedule of visits and programs for tourist groups to visit the museum with the tourism agencies.

Required Experience
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or
equivalent from an accredited university.
