Hiring experienced CHIEF COOK for a LEADING FACILITY MANAGEMENT & CATERING COMPANY IN QATAR

Salary: QR 4000

Lead culinary operations of a catering service, including menu development, food preparation, and kitchen management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all kitchen operations and staff

• Plan and update menus as per client needs and nutrition standards

• Supervise cooks, assistants, and stewards

• Ensure food quality, taste, hygiene, and presentation

• Ensure compliance with HACCP and safety standards

• Manage inventory, supplies, and procurement

• Conduct inspections of kitchen, storage, and equipment

• Train and mentor kitchen staff

• Handle client feedback and implement improvements

Requirements

• Diploma in Culinary Arts or equivalent

• Minimum 8 years of experience (3–5 years in supervisory role)

• Experience in bulk cooking/catering for large groups

• Strong leadership and team management skills

• Knowledge of international/Arabic cuisine, nutrition, and diet
