职位描述
Location: Hong Kong, Singapore or Kuala Lumpur, with frequent regional and China travel 1、12+ years of relevant compliance, financial-crime, legal, or risk experience in payments, fintech, banking, acquiring, remittance, e-money, or digital financial services. 2、Significant leadership experience as a senior compliance officer, MLRO, Head of Compliance, or equivalent regulated role. 3、Strong knowledge of AML/CFT, sanctions, KYC/KYB, transaction monitoring, merchant risk, and payment-services regulation. 4、Practical experience working with regulators, external auditors, banking partners, card schemes, and payment networks. 5、Experience designing and scaling controls across multiple jurisdictions, ideally in Southeast Asia. 6、A sound understanding of cross-border payment flows, merchant acquiring/payment facilitation, settlement, and e-wallet or QR-payment ecosystems. 7、The ability to make clear, risk-based decisions in a fast-moving commercial environment. 8、Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to engage credibly with executives, Boards, regulators, and external partners. Understanding of Mandarin is a prerequisite 9、High integrity, independent judgement, and a pragmatic, collaborative leadership style.
