What You'll Do
- Provide leadership and direction for the organization's compliance programs, policies, reporting, and practices.
- Ensure organizational activities comply with regulatory requirements, governance standards, and applicable industry- and location-specific laws.
- Oversee internal controls and auditing systems that monitor and report on regulated activities and processes.
- Develop and oversee risk-based compliance testing to identify, detect, and correct noncompliance.
- Evaluate and implement changes to compliance processes in response to new or amended regulations.
- Establish communication and training initiatives to educate stakeholders on compliance requirements.
- Develop major goals and strategies that support broader organizational and functional objectives.
- Approve compliance policies and processes developed across various sub-functions and departments.
- Manage the compliance function within the broader corporate organization and provide strategic direction to the team.

What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 8+ years of managerial experience, preferably in compliance, risk management, auditing, governance, or a related field.
- Comprehensive knowledge of compliance programs, regulatory requirements, internal controls, auditing, and risk management practices.
- High Energy, Dedicated and willing to work hard.
- Strong understanding of applicable industry-specific and location-specific laws and regulations.
- Proven experience developing and implementing compliance policies, procedures, testing programs, and controls.
- Ability to evaluate regulatory changes and translate them into practical updates to compliance processes.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with experience engaging and educating stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to manage a departmental function and develop strategies that support broader corporate objectives.
- Experience partnering with senior leadership and reporting on compliance activities, risks, and recommendations.
