ABOUT THE ROLE
Ngala is a well-known Western Australian not for profit that supports children and families. We are entering into an exciting period of growth and transformation, and we are seeking a Chief Community & Early Learning Officer.
The Chief Community & Early Learning Officer (CCELO) is a key member of the Ngala Executive Leadership Team, reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer. This role leads Ngala’s community based and early learning programs across metropolitan and regional WA. With a focus on innovation, inclusion, and impact, the CCELO ensures delivery of high-quality early learning, parenting, and community development programs in alignment with Ngala’s strategic vision. This role brings together education, family support, and place-based leadership to enhance outcomes for children and families.
