About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic, commercially driven, and strategic Chief Commercial Officer to lead our clients Facultative Broking operations within their Singapore regional hub. This leadership role will be instrumental in driving commercial growth, market expansion, and client excellence across the region.

Responsibilities:

• Define and execute regional broking strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion
• Lead complex risk placements, structuring, and negotiations across reinsurance programs
• Drive commercial performance, portfolio optimisation, and new business development initiatives
• Lead, mentor, and scale regional broking teams
• Ensure strong cross-functional collaboration with underwriting, operations, finance, and compliance teams

Qualifications and Experience

• 7+ years of progressive experience in senior reinsurance broking and management roles, with demonstrated exposure across Singapore and Southeast Asia
• Proven track record in business development, client management, and complex placements
• Deep understanding of global reinsurance markets, structures, and trading dynamics
  Strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management capabilities
• A commercially minded professional with the ability to influence, lead, and execute effectively
• Extensive experience in the reinsurance broking field, and experience in leading and managing a team.

Knowledge and Skills (General and Technical):

• Thorough knowledge in developing and placing reinsurance programs.
• Strong interpersonal skills for establishing and maintaining good clients, reinsurer, and internal relationships.
• Strong ability to find creative solutions to new problems, as they arise.
• Strong ability to be organised and pay attention to detail.
• Strong ability to handle significant workflow through efficient time management.
• Strong ability to seek ways to streamline and improve current processes.
