Job Description

For almost 90 years, Securitas has increased security in a world where risks are constantly changing. Every day our employees protect what matters most to our customers. That’s why Securitas is the security partner of choice for companies around the world.

The Chief Commercial Officer (CCO), Europe holds end-to-end accountability for defining and executing the commercial strategy across Securitas’ European division, driving sustainable revenue growth, margin expansion and long-term value creation. Operating at scale across 21 countries, the role is central to accelerating the company’s transition towards the combination of physical, technical and intelligence led security.

The CCO is responsible for embedding a fully client-centric commercial model, enhancing pricing discipline, improving contract quality and portfolio mix, and materially increasing the penetration of higher-margin, technology-led and intelligence led services The remit encompasses leadership of commercial excellence across sales, key-account management, solutions development, marketing, bid management and go-to-market execution while building scalable, modern commercial capabilities and talent across diverse European markets.

While the Regional and Segment Commercial Leaders (Country CCOs) do not report directly to the CCO, a vital part of the CCO’s role is to proactively ensure these local leaders recognize the EU CCO as the central driver of the commercial mission. The EU CCO is responsible for establishing the functional authority required to align all markets under a single strategic direction and a unified set of commercial standards for the Securitas business across the European region.

To achieve this, the EU CCO carries direct leadership responsibility for the solutions, sales, marketing, and commercial-excellence functions. This mandate is focused on bridge-building—ensuring tight alignment between commercial strategy, market execution, and operational delivery. As a core member of the European leadership team, the CCO acts as a strategic partner to Divisional President and COOs, and country leaders, ensuring that commercial priorities are fully integrated with operations, technology, service innovation, and the wider transformation agenda.

The position requires visible leadership and regular engagement across Europe with country teams, major clients and strategic partners, ensuring consistent commercial standards, capability uplift and performance management across markets. The CCO plays a pivotal leadership role in enabling Securitas Europe to achieve its strategic ambitions, strengthening client relationships, improving commercial resilience and advancing the development of a more diversified, technology-driven and future-ready business model.
