Fox Rent A Car is looking for a Chief Commercial and Analytics Officer who thrives on connection and growth. Your Primary Focus Is To

Commercial Leadership

• Lead sales and marketing as one unified organization and build shared goals that break down silos across teams.
• Own the full commercial strategy and align pricing, promotion, and revenue plans to company growth targets.
• Build a customer centric culture that shapes every commercial decision around the guest experience.

Customer and Profitability

• Balance revenue growth with margin and profitability across all commercial channels.
• Set and track commercial performance metrics that connect top line growth to bottom line results.

Analytics and Data

• Transform company data into tactical and strategic business value that guides daily and long range decisions.
• Streamline commercial and operational processes through data and measurable insight.
• Identify and develop new revenue streams grounded in data and market opportunity.
• Align analytics to the overall revenue and channel strategy so every insight strengthens commercial growth.
• Build the reporting, forecasting, and revenue models that guide channel performance and pricing decisions.

AI Strategy

• Create and lead the company AI strategy across commercial functions.
• Champion practical AI adoption that strengthens forecasting, pricing, marketing, and customer engagement.

Leadership

• Build, mentor, and lead high performing sales, marketing, and analytics teams.
• Partner with executive leadership to align commercial and data strategy with company direction.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, Economics, or a related field. Master degree or MBA preferred.
• Fifteen or more years of progressive leadership across sales, marketing, or commercial strategy, including executive level responsibility.
• Proven record leading combined sales and marketing organizations and delivering revenue growth with profitability.
• Strong background applying analytics and data to commercial decisions, with direct experience shaping AI or advanced data strategy.
• Experience in car rental, travel, mobility, or a related consumer service industry preferred.
