In this highly visible leadership role, you will partner with operational leaders to develop and execute market growth strategies that expand access, strengthen competitive position, and improve patient experience. You will evaluate emerging market opportunities, identify strategic partnerships, and lead initiatives that support sustainable long-term growth.
Success in this role requires experience developing and executing enterprise growth strategies, creating joint ventures, and bringing complex healthcare projects from concept through implementation. Ideal candidates will have demonstrated success leading initiatives such as freestanding emergency departments, ambulatory surgery centers, outpatient expansion, and other innovative care delivery models. Experience evaluating and implementing centralized support services—including pharmacy, laboratory, laundry, supply chain, and other shared services—is highly valued.
You will build relationships with health systems, payers, employers, developers, community organizations, and other strategic partners while identifying opportunities for mergers, affiliations, joint ventures, and innovative business models.
The ideal candidate combines strategic vision with operational execution, using market intelligence, financial analysis, and collaborative leadership to influence executive decision-making and deliver measurable growth. You are comfortable navigating ambiguity, negotiating complex partnerships, leading cross-functional teams, and challenging conventional thinking to create new opportunities.
