TheChief Ambulatory Services Officeris a highly visible executive leader responsible for driving strategy, operational excellence, and growth across the region ofOMPoutpatient care sites. This role demands a transformational leader who brings deepexpertisein ambulatory operations, a sharp focus on performance metrics, and a relentless commitment to patient-centered careTheChief Ambulatory Services Officeris accountable for enhancing operational efficiency, provider productivity, access to care, financial performance, and overall patient and staff experience.He/Shepossessesa deepunderstanding of healthcare finance, access optimization, regulatory compliance, operationsand strategyTheChief Ambulatory Services Officeris a proactive change agent who can scale operations, standardize systems, lead innovation, and develop high functioning teams

EDUCATION

  • Master’s degree in business or health-related fieldrequired

EXPERIENCE

  • A minimum of 5 years or more of progressive leadership experience in complex ambulatory operations or healthcare administration

  • Strong understanding of physician practices, regulatorystandardsandfinancial managementin healthcare

  • Engages in the design of ambulatory strategic goals and initiatives that align with the institutional mission and strategic plan.

  • Collaborates with key stakeholders to develop and create new strategies forutilizingcapacity across the enterprise appropriately and using data drivenapproachtoidentifyand prioritize opportunities for expansion.

  • Deep understanding of healthcare finance, access optimization, regulatory compliance,operationsand strategy

LICENSURE/CREDENTIALS

  • Certification as FACHE preferred
