EDUCATION
Master’s degree in business or health-related fieldrequired
EXPERIENCE
A minimum of 5 years or more of progressive leadership experience in complex ambulatory operations or healthcare administration
Strong understanding of physician practices, regulatorystandardsandfinancial managementin healthcare
Engages in the design of ambulatory strategic goals and initiatives that align with the institutional mission and strategic plan.
Collaborates with key stakeholders to develop and create new strategies forutilizingcapacity across the enterprise appropriately and using data drivenapproachtoidentifyand prioritize opportunities for expansion.
Deep understanding of healthcare finance, access optimization, regulatory compliance,operationsand strategy
LICENSURE/CREDENTIALS
Certification as FACHE preferred
