We’re looking for two visionary AI leaders to own and scale the AI agenda across:1x Vehicle Motion Division

This isn’t a “run experiments in a lab” role. This is about turning AI into measurable business impact—revenue, speed, quality, productivity—and embedding an AI-first culture across engineering and leadership.

Your Mission

Drive end-to-end AI transformation:

Shape and execute a high-impact AI roadmap

Move use cases from idea-pilot -production

Embed robust LLMOps/MLOps standards

Make AI adoption real, safe, and scalable

What You’ll Work OnAI-powered products & connected solutions

• Embedded / edge AI in safety-critical domains
• AI driven software development (coding, testing, defect prevention, acceleration)Knowledge fabrics, RAG, agent workflows, and production-grade GenAI architectures
• Governance, responsible AI, and secure enterprise deployment
• You’ll also champion AI-first leadership habits and build maturity models that help teams level up sustainably.

Standardized evaluation, monitoring, and secure deployment practices

Who We’re Looking For

• Strong exposure to AI/ML/GenAI in real-world, production environments
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive change at scale
• Deep understanding of AI architecture, Context Engineering, associated tools, governance, and enterprise deployment.
• More than years of experience you should have the inner drive and competency to shape the SW development of the future using AI. (To have a fair exposure in the industry, 12-18 years of experience in engineering/product delivery would be ideal)
