Reporting to Chief Distribution Officer, HK & Macau, this position is responsible for the leadership of Agency channel in Hong Kong & Macau.
The position is accountable for driving strong sales growth through agency channel in line with the Company’s Strategic Priorities which are presented to the senior leadership of Manulife. It includes growing the number and productivity of the Agency, increasing digital adoption and driving High Net Worth (HNW) and Mainland Chinese Visitors (MCV) business. To achieve this, the incumbent works closely with the heads of each product lines and Finance management to deliver appropriate product and compensation, and with other parties to build differentiation, quality service and tools.
This role is leading Agency Directors and other agency functions to achieve the profitable growth and development of the Agency Force, and ensure sales, productivity and recruitment goals are achieved with quality standards. This position is also in charge of the management of the Agency Force in areas of communication, compliance, performance management of agents/ managers, for ensuring company objectives and compliance standards are achieved
