York is seeking a high-performing Chief Accounting Officer (CAO) to join the Finance team. This role represents a unique opportunity to take a leadership position at a newly public, rapidly expanding aerospace. The CAO will serve as a key leader in establishing and maturing York’s public company financial infrastructure, building scalable processes, and partnering across the organization to support operational excellence and sustained growth. Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer, this position will play a central role in developing a world class finance team and strengthening enterprise-wide financial discipline.
This role will be onsite in our office in Greenwood Village, CO.
In compliance with local law, we are disclosing the compensation, or a range thereof, for roles in locations where legally required. Actual salaries will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to external market data, internal equity, location, skill set, experience, and/or performance. Base pay is just one component of York’s total compensation package for employees. Pay range: $250,000 to $340,000 base salary annually.
This role is eligible to participate in our equity award program. Any award is discretionary and not guaranteed and may be contingent upon individual and/or Company performance. The amount, timing, and terms of any equity award will be determined in accordance with the Company’s equity incentive plan and applicable policies. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and accomplishment-specific awards.
