who will help lead restaurant operations while building a high-performing team culture. This is a
hands-on
leadership role responsible for driving operational excellence, developing future leaders, and ensuring every guest receives the remarkable experience Chick-fil-A is known for. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong character, competency, and chemistry with the team while maintaining a strong sense of urgency and ownership in restaurant operations.
Your Impact
Lead daily restaurant operations including Front of House, Back of House, and Drive-Thru
Develop, coach, and hold accountable teams of 25+ team members
Drive operational excellence through hands-on leadership
Manage labor, scheduling, and operational efficiency
Ensure strict adherence to food safety and quality standards
Maintain high guest satisfaction through consistent service excellence
Identify operational challenges and implement real-time solutions
Train and develop team members into future leaders
Support restaurant operations during high-volume shifts and peak periods
Reinforce a culture built on teamwork, humility, and servant leadership
Background Profile
2+ years of Leadership experience (restaurant or hospitality industry preferred)
Bachelor's Degree (highly preferred)
Open availability and willingness to work hands-on in restaurant operations (required)
Strong understanding of food safety standards, labor planning, and shift operations
