You will work directly alongside an experienced Owner/Operator while receiving the structure, mentorship, and support that Chick-fil-A is known for.
This role offers significant autonomy, allowing you to drive results, develop future leaders, and influence the overall success and direction of the business.
Your Impact
Deliver operational excellence by overseeing all areas of the restaurant and ensuring a consistently remarkable guest experience
Build and develop high-performing teams by identifying, coaching, and mentoring leaders across both Front of House and Back of House operations
Lead a large team of 100+ team members by casting vision, setting clear expectations, and holding leaders accountable to high standards
Drive profitability by implementing strategic systems that reduce costs, improve efficiency, and increase overall sales
Maintain a safe, clean, and high-performing environment that prioritizes both food safety and team well-being
Collaborate cross-functionally with other department leaders by leading and participating in weekly meetings, setting high-level goals, and driving alignment across the business
Background Profile
2 years of Leadership experience
Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
Hospitality experience (preferred)
Proven track record of developing others
