Restaurant Operations Director

to join our team at
Chick-fil-A

. This hands-on leadership role is designed for individuals who are ready to build a long-term career with one of the most respected and fastest-growing restaurant brands in the nation.


This is more than a management position, it’s an opportunity to take full ownership of restaurant operations, lead at a high level, and make a lasting impact on both your team and your guests. You will work directly alongside an experienced Owner/Operator while receiving the structure, mentorship, and support that Chick-fil-A is known for.
This role offers significant autonomy, allowing you to drive results, develop future leaders, and influence the overall success and direction of the business.


Your Impact


  • Deliver operational excellence by overseeing all areas of the restaurant and ensuring a consistently remarkable guest experience

  • Build and develop high-performing teams by identifying, coaching, and mentoring leaders across both Front of House and Back of House operations

  • Lead a large team of 100+ team members by casting vision, setting clear expectations, and holding leaders accountable to high standards

  • Drive profitability by implementing strategic systems that reduce costs, improve efficiency, and increase overall sales

  • Maintain a safe, clean, and high-performing environment that prioritizes both food safety and team well-being

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with other department leaders by leading and participating in weekly meetings, setting high-level goals, and driving alignment across the business


Background Profile


  • 2 years of Leadership experience

  • Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

  • Hospitality experience (preferred)

  • Proven track record of developing others

  • Passion for Chick-fil-A's values
